Breakfast

Please join us in the Clubhouse for a complimentary cook to order full hot breakfast from 6:30am to 9am Monday through Friday and from 7:30am to 10:00am on weekends and holidays. This FREE breakfast includes cook to order omelets, and Belgian waffles in addition to a full hot buffet with scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, and biscuits and gravy. We also have fruit, fresh pastries, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee and juices available as well.

Business Center

Our business center is located in the Clubhouse and is available 24 hours a day.

Dry Cleaning

For same-day service, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, please drop off at the front desk by 8am. Dry cleaning and laundry will be returned by 6pm. Laundry bags and forms are provided in the guest rooms and at the front desk. This will be billed directly to your room.

We are pround to annouce that the Hotel at WaterWalk are now on the Q-Line Route in Downtown Wichita! This FREE trolly runs Monday -Thursday from 6pm to 10pm, Fridays from 6pm to midnight, and Saturdays from noon to midnight and will take you virtually anywhere in the downtown area including Old Town, Intrust Bank Arena, and Delano District.

Fax Machine

There is no charge for incoming or outgoing faxes. The fax machine is located at the front office. Our fax number is 316-263-3817.

Fitness Center

Our fitness center is located in the Clubhouse and is open 24 hours a day.

Check-In / Check-Out Time

Check-in time is 3pm. Check-out time is 12noon.

Housekeeping Service

We provide daily housekeeping service, unless otherwise specified.

Ice Machine

Each suite has a full size refrigerator equipped with an ice maker. Pressing the lever downwards will start the ice making process. There is also an ice machine located in the Clubhouse for immediate needs.

In Room Features

Each Apartment style suite is equipped with a large living area, in room coffee, iron/ironing board, and hair dryer. Each suite also offers a luxurious bedding package, kitchen, including microwave, and a full size refrigerator, free high speed internet access, flat screen television, DVD player, toaster and fireplaces in some rooms. In addition, some rooms offer dishwasher, stovetop, and convection oven.

Newspapers

Complimentary USA Todays are available in the Clubhouse.

Swimming Pool

Our pool is open from 10am to 10pm during the summer months, weather permiting. No lifeguard is on duty. Parent(s) must be present at all times when children are in the pool. No glassware allowed in pool area.

Vending Machines

Vending Machines are conveniently located in the Clubhouse and accessible 24 hours a day.

Complimentary Grocery Shopping Service

Available Monday through Friday, we offer a complimentary grocery shopping service. Just drop your list off at the front desk by 8:00am and groceries will be delivered to your room by 6:00pm and the cost of your groceries will be added to your bill.

Copy Service

Copy service is available at the front desk. The charge for hotel guests is 10¢ per page after the first 20 pages.

Payment Options

Payment is collected at time of check-in. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept cash payment when all room charges are paid in full at the time of check in, in addition to a $100.00 cash deposit for regular rooms and $200.00 cash deposit on premier rooms, refundable at check-out upon complete inspection of the guest room.

Complimentary Shuttle Service

We offer a complimentary shuttle service to all guests for any needs you may have. We serve a 5-mile radius around the hotel and we service the airport. Please schedule your trip in advance with the front desk.

BBQ Grills and Picnic Area

For your enjoyment we have two BBQ areas on the Hotel at WaterWalk grounds available for your personal use. Utensils are available at the front desk.

Wake-up Calls

Wake-up calls can be arranged at the front desk or by calling the front desk by dialing 0.

Cribs

Pack-N-Plays are available as a complimentary special request item through the front office. The number of pack-n-plays available is limited and will be served on a first come first serve basis.

Internet Access

Data ports are available in all rooms and located at the work desk. Ethernet cables are available at the front office. Wi-Fi is also available to all guests at no charge. Please contact the front desk for the security code.

Lost & Found

Please contact our front office for articles that have been either lost or found.

Pets Welcome

Your pet is welcome at Hotel at WaterWalk. We ask that you notify the front desk at check-in if you have a pet(s). We require that guests with pets sign a pet agreement and pay a $50 non-refundable cleaning fee.

Safe Deposit Boxes

Please do not leave money or valuables in your room. Under state law the hotel cannot be responsible for the loss of articles unless properly secured in the safe located at the front office. The safe deposit boxes are available upon request by contacting the front office.

Mail and Packages

All guest mail and packages will be held at the front desk. Available couriers are UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Splash Bar

Hotel at WaterWalk has a full service bar open Tuesday thru Saturday from 5:30pm to 11:00pm. Join us Saturday nights for Karaoke by Sound Advice. Stage opens at 9pm.

Guest Laundry

Complimentary washers and dryers are available in the Clubhouse. The guest laundry is open 24 hours a day. Complimentary soap, bleach, and softener are also available at the front desk.

Smoke Free Policy

Hotel at WaterWalk is 100% smoke free in guest rooms and lobby. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.
